Wedding Collections
My wedding collections are created based on how much of the day you want to have photographed. By offering packages this way, rather than by hour, we are not restricted to a time limit, giving us the freedom to create your wedding day timeline so that it can look and feel exactly how you want it to without photographer time restrictions. This puts so much less stress on you when booking since it avoids you having to try figuring out how much time you need a photographer present for.
What's Included
Each of my wedding collections include assistance creating a perfect wedding day timeline as well as an engagement session. Images are delivered in an online gallery where you can choose to download and print any and all images in both web and full size quality. Your gallery also includes a print store where you can easily select and print any images or order USB backups of your images directly from your gallery!

The Classic Collection

Full day photo coverage so that you can be fully present and never watch the clock. From getting ready moments to final celebrations of the night, your wedding day is captured by Melissa in its entirety.
Signature Collection
$3970
The same relaxed, start-to-finish wedding day coverage, captured by Melissa. The collection includes a $100 print credit as well as my signature 14x11 linen cover wedding album and a gorgeous USB keepsake of all your images.

Associate Packages
Unlike my wedding collections, associate packages are based off of hours of coverage. It's a wonderful option for couples who love the Melissa V. style but are looking for a more budget friendly option or who would still like to secure the Melissa V. brand even if I'm already personally booked for your wedding date. With each associate package, an engagement session is included with your choice of Melissa or the associate that will be with you on your wedding day.
Melissa remains fully involved and you will be working personally with Melissa for all the timeline planning and communication leading up to the wedding day. All post-production editing and delivering is also handled directly by Melissa.
Associate photographers have been carefully selected for the Melissa V. team who photograph with the same approach and style that aligns seamlessly with the Melissa V. brand, ensuring a consistent look and experience from start to finish.

Engagement Sessions

Think of this session as a "practice run" for the wedding day. This gives us the opportunity to work together, get familiar and comfortable with each other and learn what feels natural for you in front of my camera. It allows me to experiment with different poses and prompts and find the ones that feel most naturally suited to you. These are things we don't want to be testing out on wedding day.
If you're not booking wedding photography but want engagement photos the price of these sessions is $235

Looking for a fast turnaround? My expedited service guarantees your full gallery delivered within just 2 weeks!! Whether you have a social gathering coming up that you want to show off your photos or just cant wait to relive your special day, I've got you covered. Enjoy a beautiful experience from capturing your day to receiving your carefully curated gallery, all in record time! There will be no compromise on quality because in order to offer this service, I book extra time dedicated to specifically focusing on editing and delivering your wedding gallery.
Content Creator

This service is designed to capture the real, unfiltered story of your day: the laughter behind the scenes, the quiet in-between moments, and all the little details that often go unseen. Using a high-quality iPhone, your personal content creator will document candid photos and short video clips as your celebration unfolds. you’ll receive these memories almost instantly, giving you a collection of raw snapshots and video footage to relive, share, and enjoy while the joy of the day is still fresh. In addition to the candid coverage, you’ll also receive thoughtfully curated reels and photo slideshows, beautifully highlighting your celebration in a way that’s perfect for sharing with loved ones or posting on social media
You have the option of having your own dedicated content creator, or you can opt to "share the cost" with me and we can both benefit!

2nd Photographer
Wondering if you should add a second photographer? This is something that is totally your preference, but here are some things to think about when deciding:
* If getting ready photos for both partners might be happening at the same time, you'll need a 2nd photographer to accomodate this.
* Are you doing any "first looks"? If so, you might want a 2nd photographer there so that both "reactions" can be captured.
* Do you want both front views and back views captured of your ceremony processional? This is something that requires two photographers.
* What else do 2nd photographers do? Extra angles, candids, room shots before guests are present, and assist with coordinating the family photo sessions of the day.
Add a 2nd photographer to your package for $100/hr.
FAQ
What can we expect?
Upon booking your wedding photography with Melissa V. you will receive a welcome guide providing you with all the information you need including your next steps on how and when to book your engagement session. About 6 weeks before your wedding date, I will be in touch to help create the perfect timeline for your day.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based out of Belmont Ontario, Canada and yes, I also travel!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an email within 6-12 weeks, that provides you a link to your online gallery. The time of year really makes a difference on your turn around time. Fall is by far my most popular season, you can expect a turnaround time around the 10-12 week mark for this time of year. This gallery contains all of your digital images which you can download in both high resolution and also web size. You can also create favorite list and order prints directly from this gallery!
How many pictures will we receive?
I select and provide only the images that meet my standards and best represent the story of your day, therefore I cannot provide a set number of photos that you will receive. On average, you can expect to see 450+ images.
What else is included in my package?
All wedding photography packages include an online gallery of your images, a personalized USB backup copy of your images, an engagement session and assistance creating and perfecting your wedding day timeline.

A Content Creator is a modern luxury. Capturing stylish footage and candid clips throughout the day designed for instant sharing and reliving your day in a fresh, authentic way. When you choose to share this service with me, they’ll create content for both you and me: you’ll still enjoy all the beautifully curated, social-ready highlights of your wedding, while I receive behind-the-scenes clips and content for my small business. Because we’re both benefiting, you get this elevated service at a reduced rate without compromising the experience.
