An Expertly Planned Celebration
Some weddings just have that extra bit of magic—where every detail is thoughtfully planned, and love fills the air in the most undeniable way. Victoria and Ryan’s wedding was exactly that. With Victoria’s event planning expertise, she created a day that was not only visually stunning but also a heartfelt celebration of their love story. From a beautiful church ceremony to an intimate and elegantly styled backyard reception, every moment was beautiful.
The Ceremony
The day began with a charming church ceremony, where Victoria and Ryan exchanged their vows surrounded by family and friends. The moment they were pronounced husband and wife, their excitement and joy was not only evident but also contagious.
The Reception
Victoria’s vision for their backyard reception was nothing short of breathtaking. A stunning tent with open sides, sections of clear-top panels, and twinkle lights strung throughout created an atmosphere that was both intimate and dreamy. The mix of harvest tables and round tables adorned with white linens, generous amounts of florals, and glowing candlelight, set the perfect stage for a night of celebration. The warm wood tones of the crossback chairs and harvest tables paired beautifully with the elegant white and green accents, creating a timeless and romantic aesthetic.
The Feeling
From start to finish, the love and excitement between Victoria and Ryan was at the heart of every moment. Whether it was the way Ryan looked at Victoria, the speeches from loved ones, or the way they danced the night away under the twinkle lights, it was clear that their love story is one for the ages.
The Colour Palatte
The overall colour palette was effortlessly elegant in white and green, a combination that is a popular choice for 2024 weddings. The bridesmaids wore matching olive coloured dresses, adding a beautiful and cohesive look and feel to the aesthetic of the day. This classic yet modern palette has been a favorite this season, and I’m excited to see if it continues to trend into 2025!
Special Touches
The couple incorporated both traditional and fun modern elements into their wedding. From their Church ceremony and a stunning wedding gown with vintage vibes, to a mobile bar that kept guests refreshed and entertained and a content creator capturing behind-the-scenes moments. There was no lack of excitement including a trendy car ride. Victoria was vision of elegance in her off-the-shoulder wedding dress, featuring delicate lace sleeves and slit, with a cathedral-length veil that flowed behind her.

The Vendors
A wedding like this doesn’t come together without an amazing team of vendors! Delightful Catering by Marconi Club provided a delicious spread that kept everyone happy. The always excellent team at The Artist Collective worked their magic on hair and makeup, ensuring everyone looked stunning. Sugar Bloom Floral created breathtaking and abundant floral arrangements with no shortage of elegant blooms. Natalie Rose Photography captured every beautiful moment, preserving memories to last a lifetime. Big Top Tent Rentals supplied the incredible tent and lighting, as well as the harvest tables, round tables, and crossback chairs that completed the look perfectly. Bulles et Biérres Mobile Bar brought the fun with their lively and engaging team, making every guest's visit to the bar a memorable one. And lastly, but certainly not least, Krystal Joyce did a wonderful job with content creation, documenting all of the behind-the-scenes moments that go unnoticed in the rush of the day, but captures moments the couple can look back on and cherish forever.
